• This property is situated in a convenient location, only five minutes drive from Cowes shopping centre, five minutes walk to the lovely Ventnor beach ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. 

• Upstairs is comprised of lounge with TV, DVD & Airconditioner/Heater (Split system). Also kitchen with electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher, dining table for 6, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a new deck with BBQ and outdoor setting and zip down plastic walls to enclose the area on a windy day.
  
  Downstairs is an open living area with billiard table, bar, TV, day bed and second bathroom leading off the laundry which includes a washing machine and dryer. Open up the sliding doors to another deck and large backyard.
  
  The licensed general store/petrol station is also just a five minutes walk. The Penguin Parade and Phillip Island Motor Racing Circuit is just a mere five to ten minute drive, as are the local surf beaches.
